The plot, on the southern part of the island of Paros, covers an area of 8 stremmata (about 2 acres). Its panoramic view extending southwest toward the sea and Antiparos contrasted with the northwest-facing slope of the land, and became the guiding principle for the house’s design. The composition sought a play of volumes extending along the island’s natural terrain. Built on three levels, the house blends harmoniously into its surroundings, creating a flow between spaces while offering varied façades depending on the viewing angle.
