The plot is located in Santa Maria, on the northeastern side of Paros, with a panoramic view towards the island of Naxos. The complex consists of five single-storey and one two-storey summer residence, developed on a plot of 16,500 sq.m.
The design followed the natural relief of the ground, respecting the existing morphology of the plot and the traditional character of the surrounding architecture, while providing each residence with privacy and unobstructed views towards the sea and Naxos.
