This summer residence on the eastern side of the island consists of three independent bedroom wings and shared daytime living areas. The main house is divided into two building volumes, with the resulting courtyards serving as elements that both connect and separate them. The lower level (basement) houses the home’s auxiliary spaces, its courtyard arrangement providing natural light and ventilation.
