This is a stone-built house developed over three levels, housing three families. Formally, an effort was made to combine traditional materials and construction methods with clean lines. The house’s architectural character was shaped to blend into its natural surroundings while meeting both aesthetic and functional needs. The building has a reinforced concrete structural frame with infill walls of Parian stone, pointed with white cement and white paint. The window and door frames are wood in a discreet grey tone, so as not to draw attention away from the house’s white volumes. White Naxos marble was chosen for the flooring.
