The residence was positioned on that particular part of the plot to take advantage of its impressive views extending from south to west. The building acts as a windbreak against the north winds, and its volume is interrupted by internal courtyards which, besides offering sheltered outdoor spaces, also give the large-scale residence a sense of plasticity.
