Between mountain and sea, the elongated, sloping plot facing southwest hosts a complex of four residences. The design’s intention was to integrate them into the natural relief of the land. Given the slope of the terrain, the volumes were broken apart to give each residence independent access. A key aim was also to turn every space toward the boundless sea view, with the building’s mass itself providing shelter from the strong north winds.
The materials are mostly local, such as the stone from excavation, which was used in the perimeter walls as well as in the external enclosures and terraces that form the organic connection between the buildings and their surroundings.
